Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original luxury packaging and dust bags, ensuring all tags remain attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
